Up một drupal từ localhost lên host

Xin Hồng chỉ giúp cách up một website đã được xây dựng hoàn chỉnh trên localhost lên một web host, thật tình làm công việc này quá lọng cọng rườm ra mà lỗi tùm lum. Xin Hồng chỉ giúp cách nào là tối ưu nhất. Xin cám ơn.

Drupal phiên bản nào? Host gì (Apache, Lighttpd, ...), PHP phiên bản nào?
