Drupal 6.9

"One or more problems were detected with your Drupal installation. Check the status report for more information".
"HTTP request status
Your system or network configuration does not allow Drupal to access web pages, resulting in reduced functionality. This could be due to your webserver configuration or PHP settings, and should be resolved in order to download information about available updates, fetch aggregator feed, sign in via OpenID, or use other network-dependent services."

Hệ thống tôi đang dùng là:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium.
Webserver: Apache 2.2.11 (Win32)
PHP: 5.1.6
MySQL: 5.0.45
Drupal: 6.9
